What to include in your inquiry
A short, specific message gets the fastest, most useful reply. The three things our sales engineers need to size a planetary or spiral mixer accurately:
- Batch or production volume — pounds per cycle, or pieces / kilograms per hour. If you are scaling up, the current batch size of the mixer you are replacing is just as useful.
- Dough or batter type — bread, pizza, bagel, brioche, sponge cake, layer cake, batter, mousse, cream. Hydration percentage, ferment style and ingredient mix all change the right model.
- Power supply — voltage, phase and frequency at the install site. US standard is 208–240 V / 3-phase / 60 Hz; we configure all machines to the supply you specify.

Hours and response time
Our İzmir office is open Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 local time (UTC+3 / EEST). For US-hour conversations, we hold a daily window from 16:00 to 18:00 İzmir time — that corresponds to roughly 09:00 to 11:00 US Eastern, 06:00 to 08:00 US Pacific, 11:00 to 13:00 Brazil. WhatsApp and email inquiries are routinely answered the same business day; complex quotes that require dimensional drawings or custom configuration may take one additional day.
