Twin tool + scraper

Two tools and a wall scraper work the bowl at once. Cuts mix time and removes manual scrape-downs entirely.

12" touch + recipes

Store master recipes with speeds, times and sequence. One touch and the machine runs the program, batch after batch.

Jacketed bowl 5–80 °C

Heat or chill product through the bowl wall. Temper chocolate, hold proofing temperature, or cool delicate creams in place.

CIP self-cleaning

An automated wash cycle cleans the bowl at end of run or changeover. Minutes, not manual labor, between products.

Sealed 0.2 bar bowl

Cover and gasket keep foreign matter out and product in. Cleaner mixing with light-pressure capability.

AISI 304 throughout

Food-grade stainless on every contact surface, with a stainless body on the CR build.
