IBT 120
A 126 qt (120 L) industrial planetary mixer for high-volume pastry and dough work. The -VEL build pairs a powered bowl lift with a 7" touchscreen; the -E build keeps button control.

Powered bowl lift
The -VEL lift raises and lowers the bowl under power, removing the strain of moving a full 120 L load by hand.
AISI 304 construction
Food-grade stainless bowl and tools, oil-less belt-driven head, IP54 controls. Built for daily production-line duty.
