Dirmak Makina has been building industrial planetary and spiral mixers in İzmir, Turkey since 1991 — three and a half decades of continuous production for bakeries, pizza chains, pastry plants and food manufacturers in more than fifty countries. This page is where we share what we ship, where we exhibit, and what changes in the line.

Where to meet our team

Bakery and foodservice equipment trade fairs are where we run live demonstrations of the IBT planetary and ISM spiral lines. If you are planning to attend any of the following, write to sales@dirmakusa.com a few weeks in advance and we will reserve a stand-side meeting.

  • HOST Milano (Italy, biennial) — the largest international hospitality and foodservice equipment show; our planetary range is presented in the bakery hall.
  • iba (Munich, triennial) — the world's leading bakery, confectionery and snack trade fair; we exhibit both planetary and spiral lines, plus configuration consultations.
  • Sigep (Rimini, annual, January) — artisan gelato, pastry, bakery, coffee and pizza; the spiral mixer demonstrations focus on Italian pizza and pastry dough programs.
  • HOSTECH (Istanbul, annual) — the regional HORECA platform for Türkiye, MENA and Central Asia; close to our İzmir factory and a useful stop for buyers visiting Turkish suppliers.
  • IBATECH (Istanbul, biennial) — the bakery, pastry, ice cream and chocolate technologies fair where we typically demonstrate the larger ISM spiral models and the IBT 300-DC CR flagship.

For US-based events — IBIE (International Baking Industry Exposition), NRA Show, Pizza Expo, IDDBA — we coordinate distributor demonstrations through our growing US partner network. Recent updates from the line

A short log of what has changed across the IBT and ISM lines and our Americas operation in recent months. We update this section as machines, configurations or channels go live — not on a fixed schedule.

  • US distribution channel — 2026. Dirmak IMS, the Americas distribution arm of Dirmak Makina, is actively recruiting a small number of strategic US distribution partners for the IBT planetary and ISM spiral mixer lines. Interested dealers contact sales@dirmakusa.com.
  • Trilingual factory sales engineering. Our İzmir office now provides direct technical sales support in English, Spanish and Portuguese — by email, WhatsApp and video — covering specification, quoting, commissioning and after-sales.
  • US-spec voltage as standard option. All IBT and ISM models can be ordered for 208–240 V / 3-phase / 60 Hz at the factory; we configure the motor and control package at build time rather than relying on retrofit transformers.
  • Trilingual product content. The dirmakusa.com catalog is published in English, Spanish (/es/) and Portuguese (/pt/) — the same machine specifications, datasheets and configuration options in all three.
  • Catalog deepening. Recent expansion of our guides covering planetary versus spiral selection, sizing for bakery output, CIP and self-cleaning options, and the twin-tool configuration of the IBT 300-DC CR.
