The IBT series covers every planetary application from an 85 qt production unit to a 317 qt twin-tool flagship. All models share AISI 304 stainless construction, oil-less belt-driven planetary heads, variable-speed control, and spiral hook, paddle, whisk and scraper tooling. We build them. You buy direct.
The tool orbits the bowl on a planetary path, reaching every corner. Dead-spot-free mixing for batter, cream, meringue, pastry and heavy dough in a single machine.
Food-grade stainless bowl, tools and contact parts on every IBT model. Oil-less belt-driven planetary head. Built for daily production-line duty, not occasional use.
Electronic variable-speed drive: stepless from about 20 rpm through 215 rpm. Delicate whisking or intensive dough work, dialed in precisely. Powered bowl lift on -VEL models, 7" touch on 100 and up.

Every IBT ships in a standard full AISI 304 stainless-steel body "CR" build (food-contact parts are always AISI 304; CR upgrades the body and frame to stainless).

Mid-range capacity at 126 qt. The -VEL build pairs a powered bowl lift with a 7" touchscreen for safe, ergonomic daily loading.

148 qt for high-volume pastry and filling lines. Powered bowl lift and a 7" touchscreen are standard at this capacity.

A twin-tool model a step below the flagship. Two mixing tools plus scraper, a 12" touchscreen with recipe automation, and a standard full AISI 304 stainless body.

Industrial-scale planetary mixing at 211 qt. Built for continuous throughput on batter, cream and dough lines, with powered lift and touch control.
